STAVROPOL, February 21 (RIA Novosti correspondent Valery Oliyanchuk) - The first batch of industrial bread grain has been sent from the Russian state reserve in the Stavropol territory (in south of European Russia; it is Russia's main breadbasket along with the Krasnodar territory) to Abkhazia (self-proclaimed republic).
According to the local agriculture department, the humanitarian assistance weighs 7,000 tons.
The rest of the humanitarian aid will be delivered according to the schedule within the next few days.
