CASPIAN SHIPWRECK: ANOTHER 2 RAFTS SPOTTED FROM AIR

ROSTOV-ON-DON, FEBRUARY 20 (RIA Novosti correspondent Sophia Brykanova) - The tanker "Akusha" (Makhachkala, port of registration) wrecked in the Caspian Sea, February 16. Two of the crew were rescued from a lifeboat, yesterday. A Kazakh vessel rescued another four from a raft today. Later on the day, a Russian Air Force plane on the search-and-rescue mission spotted another two rafts not far from the accident site, report South Regional Centre PR of Russia's Ministry for Emergency and Calamity Relief, or Emercom.

Another four survivors, also on a raft, have not been found yet, say rescued survivors. Rescue ships have received tentative coordinates. The search is going on.
