MOSCOW, February 19, 2004. (RIA Novosti). Russia is interested in more active development of foreign economic relations with Spain, Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov said, opening the talks with the delegation of Spain's Senate of Cortes Generales on Thursday.
According to Ivanov, he plans to meet with a large group of Spanish businessmen during his trip to Madrid on March 3.
Moscow is satisfied with the development of Russian-Spanish relations, Igor Ivanov said. In his words, our relations have reached a new level and are marked by active cooperation on the international scene.
