In his opinion, "all these delicate and complicated questions have to be discussed in all echelons of power and will be prepared for the meeting between the Brazilian Vice President and the Russian Prime Minister approximately in May in Moscow." "All prerequisites exist today to approach such a deep level of cooperation," Boris Alyoshin believes. "Brazil is a country with ambitions and is very well fitted out with up-to-date equipment." Boris Alyoshin is the chairman of the Russian part of the inter-government commission for trade, economic, scientific and technological cooperation at the negotiations in the Brazilian capital from February 18 to 20.
