MOSCOW, February 18, 2004. (RIA Novosti). Numerous administrative barriers hamper the development of Russia's housing sector and mortgage, chief economist of the Russian office of the World Bank Christoph Ruhl told a press conference in Moscow on Wednesday.
According to him, Russia's building and mortgage companies and borrowers face excessive administration barriers.
