MIRNY (ARKHANGELSK REGION), FEBRUARY 17 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived at the Plesetsk cosmodrome.
On Wednesday his working day will begin with an inspection of the launch site of the Molnia carrier rocket.
After that the president is expected to observe the launch of Molnia, which is to put into orbit a military satellite of the Kosmos series. The president is supposed to have a talk with the launch crew.
Then, he will lay flowers to the monument of space conquerors who died in space rocketry tests.
The president will also observe a televised launch of the RS-18 rocket from the State Testing Cosmodrome Baikonur.
After official events Putin will answer questions from journalists.
