MOSCOW, February 16 (RIA Novosti) - The average-weighted dollar exchange rate under "tomorrow" settlements at the electronic trading session of the Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange (MICEX) constituted 28.4949 rubles to the dollar. It has dropped by 2.31 kopecks over last Thursday.
The MICEX press service reported that 74 deals were concluded by this time to a total sum of 61,982,000 dollars.
