NO CITIZENS OF CIS OR BALTIC COUNTRIES WERE VICTIMS OF MOSCOW WATER PARK TRAGEDY

MOSCOW, February 16 (RIA Novosti) - According to preliminary data, no citizens of the CIS or Baltic countries were among the victims of the collapsed roof of the Moscow water park in the Yasenevo district.

Spokesmen for the embassies of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Latvia and Estonia said that they were in constant contact with the Russian Emergencies Ministry and the operational headquarters. So far, no information about dead or injured citizens of the CIS or Baltic countries has been received.

The Transvaal Water Park's roof collapsed on February 14 and killed 25 people. Presently, there are 68 injured people in the Moscow hospitals.
