MOSCOW, February 16 (RIA Novosti) - The causes of the tragedy in a Moscow water park will be discussed at a conference of the Russian Federation's Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Yakovlev with the representatives of the State Construction Commission.

As the Vice-Premier's staffers said, the conference will be held in the Government House in the afternoon on Monday.

An operational staff for clearing up the causes of the fall of the roof in Transvaal-Park was set up in the State Construction Committee under its head Nikolai Koshman.

So far, the Construction Committee staffers have not commented on the causes of the tragedy. "Specialists are working, and it is the job of the Prosecutor's Office to advance versions," a source in the State Construction Committee told RIA Novosti.

Head of the Committee's press service Mikhail Borikov earlier said that Russia's State Construction Committee had suspended the licenses of the companies which participated in the construction of the Transvaal water park in Moscow. They are Kocak Insaat Ltd. and Sergei Kiselev & Partners Architectural Workshop. The licenses were suspended till the causes of the fall of the roof in the Moscow water park are ascertained. Furthermore, an ordinance to halt the construction and assembly work of the Turkish firm building projects in Omsk, Surgut, Khanty-Mansiisk and other Russian cities was issued.

The roof fell in the Transvaal-Park entertainment complex in Yasenevo on Saturday night, killing at least 25 people.
