MOSCOW, February 15, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Seven bodies of those killed as a result of the collapse of the roof in Moscow aqua-park have been identified. This was disclosed by a medical expert working at the forensic medicine bureau of the morgue, where bodies of the victims are being identified.

"There are children among the victims. Many were killed in families," RIA Novosti's interlocutor said.

The tragedy touched upon the rescuers, working at the scene, as well. "I came here to support my friend and colleague. His son went yesterday to the aqua-park. This night we extracted his body from beneath the debris," one of the rescuers working at the scene of the tragedy told a RIA Novosti correspondent. According to him, the rescue operation will be carried on until there is a definite certainty that no one was left under the debris.

A representative of the investigation group, who accompanies relatives in the course of identification, noted that the process of the bodies' identification would take a long time. "We intend to work up to the stop. Middle-aged people prevail among the killed, but there are children as well," the Agency's interlocutor said.
