    LONDON, February 12, 2004. (RIA Novosti). "I am not going to withdraw my candidacy for the presidential elections," Ivan Rybkin said at Heathrow airport, London.

    Formerly he spoke about his intention not to run for presidency.

    According to the presidential nominee, in London he is to hold talks with Boris Berezovsky, as a co-chairman of the Liberal Russia Party. This meeting will focus on Rybkin's election strategy.

    In addition, Rybkin plans to meet with British parliamentarians in London.

    After that, he will head for Brussels.
