MOSCOW, February 12, 2004. (RIA Novosti). It is untimely to speak about the visa-free regulations between Russia and the European Union, Russian Foreign Ministry Igor Ivanov told members of the State Duma international committee on Thursday.
"The solution of this problem is one of our most important tasks. We have already launched practical talks, however, it is still untimely to speak about visa-free regulations with Europe," Igor Ivanov said.
According to him, Russia achieves bilateral agreements with several countries, which help to simplify visa regulations concerning youth exchanges and other categories of people.
