MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 11 (RIA Novosti) - An appalling blast came in a metro train between the stations Avtozavodskaya and Paveletskaya, in the morning rush hours Friday, February 6. It killed 42 or 43, rather than 39, as earlier reported, an informant close to the investigation team said to RIA Novosti.

Four persons' relations have applied to the team. They assume the missing were in the fatal car. Reliable figures will come only after mutilated remains come through genetic tests to compare their DNA to the applicants'. If no more applications come in, and forensic experts fail to identify the DNA of whatever body fragments, these will be assumed to belong to the alleged suicide terrorist, added our interviewee.

38 victims have been identified by now, say official reports for this afternoon.

Unidentifiable remains on the site allow to assume about fifty dead, Mayor Yuri Luzhkov of Moscow said to the Face the City television program, yesterday.
