MOSCOW, February 11 (RIA Novosti) - Ivan Rybkin has taken a week's timeout to consider his participation in the presidential campaign.
The presidential nominee announced this on Ekho Moskvy radio live.
According to Rybkin, he will not participate in TV debates. "I have nothing to argue with them [candidates] about," Rybkin said.
