MOSCOW, February 11 (RIA Novosti) - Industrial output increased by 7.5% in January 2004 as compared to January 2003, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov said today at his meeting with Vladimir Putin.
At the meeting, "Mikhail Kasyanov also informed the head of state on drafting the law on the division of authority between different levels of power and on the results of the session of the Russia-Belarus Council of Ministers," presidential spokesman Alexei Gromov told RIA Novosti.
