VLADIVOSTOK, February 11, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Consul General An Jun Gung in Nakhodka (Russian Far East) was injured in a car incident, RIA Novosti was told Wednesday in the press service of the State Traffic Police of the Maritime Territory.
The consul lost control of his Toyota car and it overturned into a ditch. Jun Gung got his spine fractured, and his passenger, a citizen of Korea, died on the spot because of the pain shock.
The incident took place in the Partizansky district of the Maritime Territory, at the 88th kilometre of the Nakhodka-Lazo highway. The DPRK Consulate General refused to comment on this information.
