The Russian government considers that the adoption of amendments to the Tax and Budget Codes concerning the distinction of the authorities between the levels of power is a top priority in the legislative sphere, Russian President's representative in the State Duma Andrei Loginov told journalists on Tuesday.
According to him, the government is to submit these amendments to the lower house by April 1.
However, this will be a difficult task, he noted.
Loginov believes that it is necessary to thoroughly examine the Single Social Tax and other standard acts to determine revenue authorities of different levels of power.
