MOSCOW, February 7 (RIA Novosti) - February 9th has been declared a mourning day in Moscow in commemoration of the victims of the terrorist act in the Moscow subway, Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov told reporters Saturday.
The explosion in the Moscow metro took place Friday about 8:30 a.m. Moscow time between the Avtozavodskaya and Paveletskaya metro stations. 39 people died and 134 were wounded as a result. 105 persons are in Moscow hospitals now.
