    MOSCOW, February 6, 2004 (RIA Novosti) - Vladimir Putin and Ilkham Aliyev, respective Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, have spoken out in favor of the continuation of the "Caucasus Four" dialogue.

    "The direct dialogue of the presidents of Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia will help ensure regional stability and settle a range of inveterate problems," President Putin said at a news conference following a Kremlin meeting with the Azeri leader.
