KIEV, February 6, 2004 (RIA Novosti) -- The explosion in the Moscow underground should unite Russian-Ukrainian counter-terrorist efforts, reads the telegram of condolences, sent by Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich to his Russian counterpart.
"We were shocked to learn the news of the explosion in the Moscow underground, which killed many people. I share your mourning for the victims. This horrible crime should consolidate our counter-terrorist efforts," the telegram says.
