PARIS, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - A week-long Russian-language festival that has just begun in France promises a wide programme of events.
One of the festival's organisers, the Russian Cultural Centre, reports plans to stage "round-table discussions, workshops and meetings for incoming Russian scholars and experts to discuss with their French counterparts latest methods of Russian-language teaching and exploration as well as the use of modern technologies: teachers and students are to view in La Sorbonne prospects for using on-line Russian-language learning.
The Russian delegation is to take part in the 21st international Expolang conference with a display on topical issues of Russian-language studies and tuition.
