STRASBOURG, January 26th, 2004 (RIA Novosti correspondent Christina Rodriguez) - Chairman of the Federation Council's (upper house) International Affairs Committee Mikhail Margelov has been re-elected Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) for the winter session.
PACE Chairman Peter Schrieder congratulated his newly appointed deputies and wished them success.
