MOSCOW, January 26 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Foreign Ministry to intensify the work on "synchronizing the ratification of bilateral agreements on the Azov-Kerch water area, the state border on the whole and the creation of a common economic space." Putin spoke about it at the traditional conference with members of the government on Monday.
