GROZNY, JANUARY 25 (RIA Novosti) - Four militants have been killed in a recent engagement with federal forces in Chechnya, the republican Interior Ministry reports.
Law-enforcers spotted a group of militants at 2:15 p.m. Saturday as they were combing a forest in Chechnya's Vedeno District. The subsequent fight left four militants killed and two federals wounded.
A Kalashnikov gun, four RPG-26 grenade launchers, ten kilograms of TNT, ammunition, and food were seized from the gang.
