MOSCOW, January 22, 2004. /RIA Novosti/. Russian President Vladimir Putin is to meet with US Secretary of State Colin Powell in Moscow in the beginning of next week, deputy head of the Kremlin administration Sergei Prikhodko said.
According to him, Putin and Powell are to discuss bilateral relations, the situations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Middle East.
