MOSCOW, JANUARY 22, 2004. (RIA NOVOSTI). The Russian government will discuss, at its regular session on Thursday, the intensification of the innovation activity and introduction of science-intensive technologies.
The government information department reported that the participants in the session will also discuss the changing of the state control procedure when economic entities are merging or joining one another. In addition, the cabinet of ministers will consider measures of the implementation of the law "On Federal Budget in 2004".
Russian deputy minister of civil defence, emergencies and clean-up operations Yuri Brazhnikov will make a report on rendering humanitarian assistance to the self-proclaimed republic of Abkhazia.
