MOSCOW, JANUARY 21, 2004, RIA NOVOSTI - Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Nabil Shaath, currently in Moscow on an official visit, has brought along Chairman Yasser Arafat's message to the Russian President, Vladimir Putin. He handed the message over to his Russian counterpart, Igor Ivanov, during a meeting in Moscow Wednesday.
Appearing before reporters after the meeting, Mr. Shaath said he would provide the PA leadership with a detailed report on his talks with senior Russian government officials, highlighting Russia's relentless efforts to bring peace to the Middle East.
