    RUSSIA, BELARUS PMs DO NOT DISCUSS CURRENCY MOSCOW, January 16th, 2004 (RIA Novosti correspondent) - The prime ministers of Russia and Belarus have not discussed the single currency issue at their meeting yet. Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov said this Friday during an interval in the talks with his Belarussian counterpart Sergei Sidorsky.

    This issue might be considered in the second round of talks later in the day.

    Addressing the State Duma on Friday, Mikhail Kasyanov said that Russia and Belarus had the last chance to introduce the Russian rouble on Belarussian territory from January 1, 2005. According to experts, there will be no such chance in February, said Kasyanov.
