"Our prime task is to boost entrepreneurial activity in this economic sector, while subsidizing prevents the stimulation of entrepreneurial activity," Kasyanov said.
"We will not simply give money as it was before, but the government will develop accessible crediting of countryside, increase the number of jobs, and boost leasing for purchasing and replacing agricultural machines and equipment," Kasyanov stated.
He assured that the government would render assistance in buying fertilizers.
Furthermore, the government intends to soon prepare a draft law which "would limit the desire of other sectors of the economy to put all the problems on agricultural producers," Kasyanov went on to say.
The idea is to regulate the prices of electricity and the natural monopolies' services to countryside, the Premier explained.
