TBILISI, January 15, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - The Central Election Commission of Georgia has announced the victory of Mikhail Saakashvili in presidential elections.
According to the official data, Saakashvili won 96.27% of votes.
The early presidential elections in Georgia were held on January 4th.
