MOSCOW, JANUARY 12 (RIA Novosti correspondent Andrei Malosolov) - Russia did not bypass international sanctions against Iraq to supply arms to it, Deputy Prime Minister Boris Alyoshin said to the media in denial of yesterday's US Administration allegations. At any rate, no such facts have reached the Russian government to this day. If the USA possesses related information, it would do good to share it with Moscow, remarked Mr. Alyoshin.

He does not think exports of the kind can be made behind the Cabinet's back. Russia has a government commission for export control, which strictly complies with all international rules and agreements, pointed out the Vice-Premier.
