TBILISI, January 4 (RIA Novosti) - The smallest ever turnout has been registered in Georgia's autonomy of Adjaria. According to Media Center - Elections observers, as few as 18,252 residents, against Adjaria's overall electorate of 280,971, have voted as of 12.30 Moscow time.

6,062 people voted in Batumi, whereas 94,096 voters are registered in ballot lists of the city, Magda Popiashvili, a Media Center - Elections coordinator, told Novosti-Georgia.
