Phillips led police on a high speed chase but was eventually arrested. The arresting officers searched Phillips and his car and found 22 grams of heroin. 5.3 grams of crack cocaine, and $2,316 in cash.

While he was booked, Phillips filled out a standard form in which he gave his information. The form included a place for “Occupation” where Phillips wrote “drug dealer.”

He remains in jail on a $242,000 bond while he faces multiple drug charges and indictments for other crimes.
