TULA, November 6 (RIA Novosti) – A Russian woman believed to have beaten up and humiliated her husband’s lover is being tried for battery, prosecutors said Tuesday.
The wife and a friend of hers are suspected of entering the other woman’s home, severely beating her, cutting off her hair, stripping her naked and forcing her out onto the street, prosecutors said in a statement.
The husband was inside the home when his wife arrived and banged on a window, demanding to be let in, the statement said. The husband fled the scene “immediately.”
The incident occurred in May in the Tula Region, about 170 kilometers from Moscow.
