Videotapes With Football Stars to Appear on Media Facades of Moscow Buildings

Images of the four teams that won the World Football Cup - Germany (in 2014), Spain (2010), Brazil (1994, 2002) and France (1998) - will be presented in video sequence on buildings on Novy Arbat and Tverskaya Street.

Video clips will be demonstrated until December 2 when they will be replaced by the photos of the rival teams, which are to be determined during the final draw by groups.

Masters of ice sculpture plan to decorate Moscow’s  Victory Park with installations of tourist sights of the participating countries. The exhibition of ice sculptures is scheduled for December 29.

The FIFA World Cup will take place in Russia from June 14 to July 15. The games will be held in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Sochi, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Volgograd, Rostov-on-Don, Kaliningrad, Ekaterinburg and Saransk. In the capital 12 matches will be played, including the opening and closing of the championship.
