WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – US tech contractor Quanterion won more than $47 million to store, protect and disseminate cyber security information for the Air Force, the Department of Defense said in a press release.
"Quanterion Solutions [of] Utica, New York has been awarded a $47,640,351… contract for the Cyber Security and Information Systems Information Analysis Center basic center operations," the release stated on Thursday.
Under the contract, Quanterion will operate the Defense Technical Information Center’s centralized databases, systems and networks that acquire, store, retrieve and disseminate of scientific and technical information supporting Defense Department research and development, engineering, analysis, and studies programs, the release explained.
