"The Strategic Missile Forces are capable of implementation of assigned missions mostly because of the maximum possible dispersed deployment of missile weapons on Russia's territory and the shortest terms of hitting the strategic targets located at remote theaters of operations," Karakayev told reporters.
He added that the variety of missile launchers, high level of their readiness, as well as high survivability contributed to the capabilities of the SMF.
