WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The US construction company Conti Federal Services has received a $64.5 million US Army foreign military sales contract to carry out construction on an unspecified project in Israel, the Department of Defense said in an announcement.

"Conti Federal Services [of] Edison, New Jersey, was awarded a $64.5 million… foreign military sales contract (Israel) for site 13414," the announcement stated on Tuesday.

The announcement did not specify the nature of the project, which is scheduled to be completed by November 28, 2018, the Defense Department added.
