    Russia and India signed Saturday a deal on the deliveries of S-400 Triumf air defense systems on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Goa.

    GOA (Sputnik) – Russia and India signed Saturday a deal on the deliveries of S-400 Triumf air defense systems and other equipment to India at a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Goa.

    The intergovernmental deal on constructing the Project 11356 frigates in Russia and India and the intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in ensuring security in the sphere of information technologies were also signed as a result of the bilateral meeting.

    Besides, the states signed agreements on establishing a joint production of Ka-226T helicopters.
