MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Airborne Forces Chief of Staff said earlier this month its units would depart for Serbia in September to take part in joint drills, then to Egypt in October.

"Negotiations lay ahead for these exercises. Anti-terrorist drills are planned in Egypt, our 106th Tula airborne division and task force will be involved," Col. Alexander Vyaznikov told RIA Novosti.
