    US, Russian Navy Discuss Recent Intercepts, Prevention of Sea Incidents

    US and Russian Navies discussed maritime interactions and recent Russian air-to-air intercepts of US aircraft.

    WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Delegations from the US and Russian Navies have completed the annual Prevention of Incidents On and Over the High Seas (INCSEA) talks in Moscow on Wednesday, the US Navy said in a press release.

    "Recent Russian air-to-air intercepts of US aircraft and interactions with ships in international airspace and waters are the types of interactions that are discussed," the release stated on Wednesday.
