Around 200 Spanish servicemen arrived in the western Polish city of Wroclaw on Monday to arrange the final preparations for NATO's Brilliant Jump 2016 military exercise, local media reported.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — This group will prepare the Brilliant Jump drills aimed at working out a potential situation, in which the  would be redeployed to the conflict zone within two-three days, the Polska Zbrojna news portal said.

More than 1,500 VJTF soldiers will arrive at Wroclaw airport in Poland on Tuesday to participate in NATO's high readiness force deployment exercise.

Brilliant Jump 2016 is the third in a series of exercises held in Poland this year, which will be concluded by the Anaconda exercise in June.

The Very High Readiness Joint Task Force, also known as a new Spearhead Force, is a new force built according to the NATO Wales summit’s resolution.
