Despite a rapid development of Russian-Turkish ties, all projects will be frozen, a source said.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — A high-ranking source in Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) said Friday that all projects with Turkey would be frozen amid the downing of a Russian Su-24 military aircraft.

"Despite the fact that Turkey is a member of NATO, cooperation with this country was rapidly developing. In the near future all projects will be frozen," the source told RIA Novosti.
