A teenager who let the 1990s hit “Macarena,” perhaps the top one-hit wonder of all time, take him away in the middle of a five-lane road in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was detained by law enforcement on Tuesday for “improper public behavior.”

The 14-year-old, whose name and nationality have not been disclosed, was also accused of interfering with normal traffic patterns. The tiny dancer wore Nike shorts and a striped short-sleeve polo shirt, and filled the Saudi street with groovy vibes as he listened to his headphones.

The coastal city in western Saudi Arabia is popular among tourists and worshipers seeking to visit Mecca, Islam’s holiest city, and Medina, its second holiest.

On August 10, a Saudi entertainer was arrested for dabbing on stage at a concert where he was singing. Dabbing is outlawed in Saudi Arabia in accordance with the National Committee for Drug Control policy, Haaretz reports.

In July, Saudi police arrested a woman for wearing a miniskirt in public, though she was later released without charge.
