    Israeli Police Say Tel Aviv Shooting Linked to Criminal Gangs War, Not Terrorism

    The shooting in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv, with two people killed, was a part of the criminal gangs' war, not a terrorist attack, the Israeli police said Saturday.

    TEL AVIV (Sputnik) — According to the law enforcement officers, an unidentified man shot two people at the underground parking in the eastern part of the city.

    "We are talking about an armed attack on the criminal basis," the police said, stressing that a terrorist attack was ruled out.

    The manhunt is ongoing.

    The local media reported that there could have been more than one attackers.
