Evacuation out of eastern Aleppo continues, there are still many people who want to leave the region, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Friday.

ANKARA (Sputnik) – Earlier in the day, the Russian reconciliation center said that the evacuations out of eastern Aleppo had ended, and everyone who wanted to leave did so in the past 24 hours.

"The evacuees are civilians. We have prepared ourselves to construct a camp, and of course are taking in the people who need urgent medical aid. The evacuation is far from over, there are many people who want to leave Aleppo," the minister told a press conference.
