"Within the last 24 hours, truce agreements have been reached with representatives of four settlements in Latakia (2), and Damascus (2) provinces, bringing the total number of settlements that have joined the ceasefire to 1,037," the ministry said in a daily bulletin posted on its website.
At the same time, the Russian center for Syrian reconciliation at the Hmeimim airbase registered a total of 36 violations of the ceasefire regime in Syria in the last 24 hours, the bulletin added.
"A total of 36 ceasefire violations by illegal militant groups have been registered in Damascus (15), Aleppo (17), Latakia (2), and Hama (2) provinces."
The Jabhat Fatah Al-Sham, formerly known as Nusra Front, and the Islamic State terrorist groups, which have been outlawed in Russia, are not part of the ceasefire deal.
