At Least 6 Syrian Civilians Killed, 25 Injured in Daesh Shelling of Deir Ez-Zor

Daesh shelling killed at least six civilians and injured at least 25 in the northeastern Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor.

DAMASCUS (Sputnik) — Daesh terrorists have attacked the government-controlled districts of the city, according to the Lebanese Al Manar TV channel.

The city of Deir ez-Zor is held by the government forces, however it has been under siege of Daesh since July 2014.

Last week it was reported that the Syrian army eliminated over 30 Daesh terrorists near the besieged city of Deir ez-Zor.
