The militants deployed banned expanding bullets in the attack, according to the Al Mayadeen broadcaster.
The projectiles are designed to widen upon impact and are banned under international law from use in war.
Syrian authorities have not commented on the issue so far.
On the same day, the terrorists attempted to seize fuel storage in Aleppo's northern suburbs, the Lebanese broadcaster reported, adding that several civil districts suffered series of attacks with the use of heavy machine guns and artillery.
The broadcaster stressed that violent clashes presently occur close to Al-Assad Military Academy.
On Wednesday Chief of Russian General Staff Gen. Valery Gerasimov said that Russian Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu decided to introduce a humanitarian pause in Aleppo from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on November 4. The militants were offered to cease military hostilities and leave Aleppo via two special corridors.
Later on Wednesday, the armed opposition groups, surrounded by Syrian forces, said that they refused to leave the eastern parts of the city.
