MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Moscow has provided concrete evidence of continuing civilian casualties caused by US-led air raids in Syria and Iraq, Foreign Ministry Commissioner for Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law Konstantin Dolgov noted.
"We continue saying that the coalition's actions in this part violate international law, and that it is necessary to investigate all these cases," Dolgov said at a briefing hosted by the Rossiya Segodnya International Information Agency.
